Teresa believes the body has a tremendous and almost unstoppable resilience when properly supported. Her goal is to facilitate a transformation to health and wellness. To empower people to achieve true health, not just out of fear of illness and disease, but out of respect for our body.
She strives to help people achieve their innate ability to be well spiritually, emotionally, and physically and to help people take responsibility of their health by providing education, support, and guidance. She practices a functional, holistic, patient centered approach and treats the whole body rather than focusing on one organ or system. Each person is unique and their genetic makeup is unique and that is why individualized care is her upmost concern. Join her in recapturing the real you!!
